I'm Noel Paing Oak Soe.

At EffortX, I help build the web platform, admin portal and mobile app used by more than 1,000 people. I work across Next.js, React Native, NestJS and PostgreSQL to turn product ideas into dependable features.

A large part of my work is making background workflows reliable. I build services that process events, retries and failures without creating duplicate work. I also improve performance through caching, database tuning and production monitoring. That work reduced p95 API latency from about 850 ms to 350 ms.

I own features from technical design through testing, deployment and production support.

At KBTG, I turn business requirements into practical test scenarios for enterprise financial applications. I consider the everyday path as well as edge cases, failures and boundary conditions.

I build and maintain automated test suites with Robot Framework and Python. They support system integration, user acceptance, regression testing and release checks. I keep the suite easier to trust and maintain by creating reusable components, parameterized test data and a clear separation between test logic and environment configuration.

Kiddee Lab needed a better way to run its daily operations than paper forms and disconnected records. I helped turn that work into a single LMS and CRM used by more than 800 people.

I designed the backend services, REST APIs and PostgreSQL data model for students, parents, schedules, courses and CRM workflows. I also migrated more than 10,000 legacy records and built validation and reconciliation steps so the move stayed accurate.

The most rewarding part was working from real operational needs. I listened to how the team worked then translated those routines into software that was easier to maintain and use.
